Terms of service

You have 14 days from receiving your order to:

• Drop off your return at the nearest UPS Access Point.
• Create your exchange or return or, if you are a registered user, by logging in your SimoneNStyle account.
• Send your purchase back to us
• Returns are free if you drop off your purchase at a UPS Access Point within 14 days of receiving your order, using the pre-printed return label enclosed in the original order. Otherwise, if the items are sent back to us after 14 days, a fee of $9.95 + tax will be deducted from your refund.
